Your privacy, in plain English
This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Canadian privacy law — and we’ve written this so you can actually understand it.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
The short version
We only collect the details you choose to give us — like your name, email, and a bit about your business — so we can answer you and provide our service. We don’t sell your information to anyone. You can ask to see it or have it deleted at any time.
What we collect
When you fill in a form or use one of the tools on this site, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name and website address
- Anything you choose to tell us in a message
The interactive tools on this site (the health check, the budget helper, and the demo) run in your own browser. What you click in them stays with you unless you send us a form.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you and prepare your audit or quote
- To provide and improve the service you’ve asked for
- To keep simple records and stop spam
Who can see it
Only our team, and the trusted services we use to run our business (for example, email and form tools). We don’t sell or rent your information. We may share it only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you or to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we remove it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA, BC PIPA and Quebec Law 25), you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email our Privacy Officer, Dan Sibborn, at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Cookies
We use a small amount of website measurement to understand which pages are useful. No tracking cookies are loaded until you click 'Accept' on our consent banner. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.
AI Engines, Automated Crawlers & Demos
The interactive tools on this site (including the digital health scanner, budget configurator, and quiet-customer demo) process input data entirely client-side in your browser. We do not transmit, collect, or store any data you input into these interactive widgets. Automated agents and AI web crawlers that access our public pages and .well-known directory must respect the directives specified in our robots.txt and adhere to standard Canadian privacy regulations regarding user data collection.
