Using this website
You’re welcome to read this site, use the interactive tools, and get in touch. Please don’t try to break it, misuse it, or copy our content as your own. The tools here give general estimates to help you think — they’re not a formal quote.
What we sell
We provide digital services in two forms: monthly retainers, and project work such as opening a new market, partnership campaigns and launches. Prices shown as “from $X/month” are starting points, not quotes. Project work carries no published price because every job is a different size. Your exact price is always confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Getting started costs nothing
- An initial conversation is free and carries no obligation on either side.
- If we think we can help, you receive a written plan setting out what we would do, what it would cost, and what we expect to change. This is also free, and it’s yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
- Nothing is payable until you accept that plan in writing.
- We may decline work, and we’ll say so plainly rather than quoting a price we don’t believe in.
Monthly services
Monthly services begin with a three-month minimum and continue month-to-month after that. Either of us can end the arrangement after the minimum with reasonable notice, which we’ll agree in writing when we start.
Project work
Project work is quoted as a defined job with an agreed scope, price and timeline, all set out in writing before it starts. There is no minimum term and no ongoing commitment. Where a project involves a third party — another business we introduce or work alongside — the arrangement between you and them is yours, not ours, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
What we can and can’t promise
We work hard to improve your results and we report on them honestly every month. Any figures or examples on this site are illustrations, not guarantees — real results depend on your business, your market, and the work we agree to do together.
Your content
Anything you give us to work with (logos, text, access to your accounts) stays yours. We only use it to do the work you’ve hired us for.
